Falmouth Lib Dems have launched a campaign for a direct bus route from the Town to Treliske hospital. Currently people have to change at Truro to get to their destination.
Local Lib Dem campaigner John Spargo said: “Not only does the Cornwall Day Rider fare cost £8 to get to Treliske, but people have to change in Truro.
"A lot of older or sick people really struggle to change buses. £8 is a lot of money, the least they can do is have the same bus all the way.”
